Generally speaking, Zentao is very convenient to use, Our company is using it together which makes our team more convenient in software development. Although it has some small shortcomings. But many teams we know are using it. It's a very popular product.

I am a Scrum Master and ZenTao has various reporting tool to gather the data and helps me understand how the team velocity is like. The team updates their daily and task status, and I can find reports on tasks, stories, and the project overview. I would recommend it to other agile teams.

Glad I found ZenTao. It is a robust system that has many options, features, and workflows that the other OS project platforms are missing. If you are familiar with Jira then you shouldn't have much trouble getting used to ZT. I liked it so much I paid for the Pro upgrade. On another note, even though the development team is in China, they are remarkably responsive and helpful.

I have been using the cloud version of Zentao. It is an intuitive tool that makes it easy for Product managers to plan and keep track of sprints. Very versatile and easy to use. The best part about it is that one can dive right in and start using the system. My only recommendation would be to increase the coverage of the tutorials, as new users may have a tough time navigating through the system. I look forward to seeing how this product continues to develop.

I tried ZenTao and find the way it works to be more....simple, but also more able. For the fact that it is included in Softaculous, it gives the starter a lot of options. Drag and drop dashboard, logical sets of connections: Products and projects can be connected one on one or one on many...

I am doing software development projects and need a simple and stable system to track several products at the same time. I like its bug workflow. A bug can be converted to a story, test task, or test case, which is very convenient to do QA. I think I will keep using it and come back to write more about it.
