I have been using ClipBucket for some time now and I have to say it is the best video sharing script out there. It needs a bit of work at the start to get it to work the way you want it. ClipBucket forums are packed with tutorials and tips, most of the answers will be there. I have more then 200 videos and more then 3000 photos and it works perfect. If you have a VPS or your own machine, there is no better script on the market!

ffmpeg is required to use this package. It is not installed and therefore the video conversion will fail after uploading the video. Not an issue with Clipbucket as such but with ffmpeg not being installed on the server. Even so, it looks like Flash is required for viewing the files (i.e. will not work on iPhone / iPad). Clipbucket mentioned in their news feed (August 2012) that they are working on supporting HTML5 for their v3 release.

I must be thick as a brick, I could not get this thing to do anything out of the box, seriously lacking doco on getting started. Given up.
