Very good software for an enterprise. A lot of options are available and customisation is straight forward.

The flexibility and adaptability of EspoCRM is great. A lot of CRM systems are set up for the way they think you will use them. But EspoCRM lets you customize things to fit what you need it to do. It may be a bit more work to set things up, but the end result is worth it.
it is an extremely functional and intuitive product. In dummy mode you can make many changes to suit your biz. You can tweak it further behind the scenes and you're simply limited by your abilities! Oh yeah...well thought out and granular level of security!
